Manuscript Topics

Papers focused on modeling infectious diseases both within and between hosts and across scales will be considered. This issue will incorporate modeling specific diseases. Control methods for infectious disease models will also be considered. Various modeling tools are of interest, such as ODEs, PDEs, stochastic equations, and machine learning methods.

Keywords: infectious diseases, within-host models, between-host models, immuno-epidemiological models, control, optimal control
