Manuscript Topics
Systems of ordinary differential equations (ODE's) are a powerful tool to model real life phenomena in a wide range of fields. This special issue is focused on the analysis of ODE's and their applications to different fields, such as biology, epidemiology, or ecology, among others.


Optimization problems are often a natural consequence of the real problem that we have in hands, which is a natural topic of research.


On the other hand, the models of real phenomena through ODE’s often include some factors or variables that cannot be measured in a precise way, this leads to the analysis of ODE’s subject to uncertainty.


Topics of interest include (but are not limited to):
• analysis of ODE's;
• qualitative behavior of solutions to systems of ODE's;
• applications of mathematical models given by ODE's;
• computational methods and simulations;
• optimization, optimal control, multi-objective problems;
• complex networks;
• analysis of ODE's modelling phenomena subject to uncertainty.
