Manuscript Topics

Biomathematics and biophysics are critical to the understanding a wide range of problems in life science, such as how to form patterns, how complex systems in human bodies work, how different parts of a cell move and function, and how molecules of life are made. Mathematicians and Physicists are continually melding and transforming biology studies with their perspectives, especially with increased support from computational tools. This special issue seeks to highlight recent advances in biomathematics and biophysics, including but not limited to the development of new models and computational methods, and application of existing models/methods to new biological problems. We welcome contributions from both journal articles and reviews.
