Manuscript Topics

Artificial intelligence, also known as AI, is intelligence demonstrated by machines, in contrast to the natural intelligence displayed by humans and other animals. AI, a rapidly developing technology, undoubtedly will play a role in the future of almost every industry; the financial industry is no exception for sure.

Although using AI promises some benefits, including cost reduction, efficiency, improved security and decision-making, the technology especially its related risks has not yet to be fully understood and tested. Fintech lies at the core of every country's economy, and it's important to not only understand how artificial intelligence will impact the industry but also understand the risks associated with it.

The objective of the special issue is to present top quality theoretical and empirical academic research on AI and Fintech. The committee welcome submissions with focus on the following specific research topics and research questions, but are not limited to the interplay between AI, Fintech and accounting, asset management, banking, entrepreneurship, economic growth, business ethics, capital markets, corporate governance, green finance, innovation, regulation, as well as other related topics.
