Chronic diseases are one of the most important health problems in the worldwide and affect sleep quality of patients. Many factors contribute to poor sleep quality in patients with chronic diseases. However, sleep disorders may also lead to poor physical and mental health and decreased quality of life, which in turn affect health negatively. It is well documented that sleep quality has been associated with some metabolic changes that may lead to chronic diseases. Therefore, it is important to raise awareness about the potential risks of sleep disorders and to provide support for both patients and their families. The papers in this special issue will focus on sleep quality and chronic diseases.

Paper submission
All manuscripts will be peer-reviewed before their acceptance for publication.
The deadline for manuscript submission is December 30, 2019.
