Manuscript Topics

Numerical linear algebra is a specialized area within applied mathematics and computer science that focuses on the development and analysis of algorithms for performing linear algebra computations. These computations involve operations on matrices and vectors, which are foundational elements in a wide array of scientific and engineering problems. Key aspects of numerical linear algebra include: solving linear systems, eigenvalue problems, matrix factorizations, iterative methods, optimization, accuracy and stability.

Numerical linear algebra is very important in numerous applications such as solving partial differential equations, image and signal processing, data mining, machine learning, and many areas of engineering and physics. The field continuously evolves, developing more efficient and robust algorithms to handle increasingly complex and large-scale problems encountered in modern scientific and technological advancements.

The main purpose of this Special Issue  is to showcasing the latest breakthroughs and innovative methodologies in the field of numerical linear algebra, bringing together pioneering research that not only advances the theoretical underpinnings of the discipline but also introduces cutting-edge techniques and algorithms.

We cordially invite you to present your recent contributions to this Special Issue reflecting the vibrant, ongoing dialogue within the mathematical community aimed at addressing some of today's most challenging computational issues.
