Manuscript Topics

This special issue is dedicated to showcasing the scientific output of the 1st International Science and Technology & Humanities Exchange Conference on Engineering and Statistics (ISTHECES2023), held in Kunming, Yunnan, from November 24 to 26, 2023. This conference was hosted by Center for Applied Statistics, Kunming University of Science and Technology.

This special issue reflects new opportunities, challenges, and future development directions in engineering statistics technology and technology transformation. We welcome submissions from all areas in the engineering field, statistics, data science, and interdisciplinary areas. Topics such as engineering test design, statistical process control, resource and environmental statistics, engineering statistics technology, comprehensive displays of the latest achievements in original research, and machine learning are particularly encouraged.
