Manuscript Topics

This special issue aims to collect innovative research and cutting-edge methodologies in the numerical treatment of differential equations (DEs). DEs are a cornerstone of mathematical modeling across diverse scientific and engineering disciplines, describing phenomena ranging from physical systems to biological processes. The contributions to this issue cover a broad spectrum of topics, including novel algorithms for stiff and non-stiff systems, high-accuracy methods for boundary value problems, efficient adaptive schemes, and advancements in geometric integration. Emphasis is placed on techniques that enhance computational efficiency, stability, and convergence, as well as approaches tailored for large-scale and high-dimensional systems. Furthermore, the issue is interested in highlighting applications of these methods to real-world problems, demonstrating their versatility and impact. This collection aims to provide both theoretical insights and practical tools, fostering further progress in the numerical analysis and application of DEs.
