Prof. Leib was an Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Communications 2000-2013, and an Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology 2001-2007. He has been a guest co-editor for special issues of the IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communication on “Differential and Noncoherent Wireless Communication” 2003-2005, and on “Spectrum and Energy Efficient Design of Wireless Communication Networks” 2012-2013.
Prof. Leib said:
“Thank you for the invitation to serve as the Founding Editor-in-Chief for the journal AIMS Electronics and Electrical Engineering. This is the first AIMS periodical that is entirely dedicated to Electronics and Electrical Engineering, and as such I am proud to be part of the founding editorial board. With the help of such an expert editorial board, that includes members of highest international reputation, I am confident that we can make this journal to be one of the premier publications in the field.”
