In competitive business environment, any business organization often searches the best strategy to capture the market. The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 generates a number of complex challenges in the business world. Nowadays, uncertainty is observed everywhere, such as - customers’ demand, productivity, availability of the raw materials, labors, transportation, and so on. Business is extremely hampered due to the effect of above one or more uncertain factors.


Operations and supply chain management have been dealt with a number of complex challenges since the last few decades. Its performance provides magical success in various critical situations. Today, some tactful operations and effective strategies are needed to handle all these newly born challenges. It is high time to find innovative strategies to stabilize the oscillation in the business and world economy.
