Call for Junior Editorial Board Members: Big Data and Information Analytics
To further advance the research in the field of big data analytics and promote academic exchange, Big Data and Information Analytics (BDIA) is now globally recruiting Junior Editorial Board Members. We sincerely invite all early-career junior scholars in the fields of big data, data mining, artificial intelligence, statistical analysis, and related fields in data science to join our editorial team and contribute to the development of the journal.
About the Journal
Big Data and Information Analytics (BDIA) is an international academic journal dedicated to cutting-edge research in big data and information analytics. The journal covers a wide range of topics, including big data modeling, machine learning, data mining, artificial intelligence, and computational intelligence, aiming to promote both theoretical advancements and practical applications in big data technologies.
BDIA is led by Prof. Jingli Ren (Zhengzhou University, China), Prof. Yuanjie Zheng (Shandong Normal University, China), and Prof. Huaiping Zhu (York University, Canada) as Editors-in-Chief. Supported by an international editorial team, the journal has become a key platform for academic exchange in this field.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Upholds academic integrity, objectivity, and fairness.
2. 2. Under the age of 40 holding a Ph.D. degree.
3. Actively engaged in frontline research and has published high-quality papers in big data or related fields as the first or corresponding author.
4. Passionate about journal development and willing to contribute to its growth.
5. Prior experience as an editorial board member or reviewer for international journals is preferred.
Benefits of Being a Young Editorial Board Member
1. Appointment Certificate: Official certificate of appointment for a two-year term.
2. Promotion Opportunities: Outstanding contributors may extend their term or be promoted to a full editorial board membership.

Responsibilities of Young Editorial Board Members
1. Manuscript Contribution: Submit or recommend at least one high-quality paper per year.
2. Special Issue Organization: Plan and organize special issues on emerging research topics.
3. Peer Review: Participate in the journal’s peer review process, reviewing at least five manuscripts annually.
4. Conference Promotion: Promote BDIA at academic conferences and events.
5. Media Outreach: Expand BDIA’s influence via social media and academic platforms.
6. Academic Engagement: Attend editorial board meetings and actively participate in related academic activities.
7. Annual Editorial Performance Review: Engage in at least three of the above activities annually for evaluation and award eligibility
