Manuscript Topics
Understanding the mechanisms that enable us to interact with the environment is fundamental for developing targeted and personalized interventions, mental training, and cognitive enhancement techniques. Nowadays, scientific research tends to analyze the complexity of mental and brain processes based on the interaction that the individual has with the environment. This determines that each person reacts to the environment in a different, unique way based on his/her own experiences.
This special issue aims to collect as much evidence as possible that characterizes this process of continuous interaction with the environment, regardless of age range.
Interaction means perception, action, attention, as well as representation and recall of information.
We become, evolve, and grow thanks to the continuous interaction of what is around us.
Keywords:
Perception; action; attention; motor representation; memory; brain; brain processes
