Manuscript Topics
Multiple objectives of natural resources represent potentially crucial differences between environmental, economic, socio-cultural and well-being of different stakeholders. A framework for combining knowledge, theory, practice, implement, and skills of learners to solve managerial problems for sustainable management that includes interactions among nature resources, biodiversity, and local residents and stakeholders is thus required.
This Special Issue will present a wide range of papers on the Sustainable management of natural resources from the field of natural and social science. Papers that develop state-of-the-art methods for assessing the sustainable management of nature sources (such as recreation destinations, forests, biological resources, farmland, oceans, and wildlife, etc.), new theoretical frameworks for managerial implications, such as partnerships among residents and stakeholders, and approaches for evaluating and monitoring environmental impacts with a view to promoting sustainable management, are all welcomed.
Topics of interest for publication include, but are not limited to:
• Sustainable management
• natural resources
• resident
• environmental impact
• theoretical framework
• managerial problems
