AIMS Press launched a new journal AIMS Agriculture and Food

AIMS Press launched a new journal AIMS Agriculture and Food, and invited Prof. Moshe Rosenberg as the founding Editor in Chief.



Prof. Rosenberg received his B.Sc. from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and his M.Sc. and D.Sc. degrees in Food Engineering and Biotechnology from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. He has been on the faculty of the Department of Food Science and Technology at UC Davis since 1990.

Dr. Rosenberg’s research program addresses topics related to: Dairy science, technology and engineering; Physico-chemical and functional properties of animal- and plant-derived macromolecules and biopolymers; microencapsulation technologies and nutrients delivery concepts and devices for food and agricultural applications; Food microstructure; Traceability and Authentication of food and dairy products. He has published more than 120 scientific papers and is a frequent speaker at conferences and professional meetings, both nationally and internationally.
