Manuscript Topics

Demography and population-related issues are fundamental in mathematical biology. This special issue will collect timely original research or review papers on the general area of mathematical modeling and complex dynamics of populations in ecology, biology, epidemiology, medicine, and public health et al.

All papers will be carefully refereed and selected based on the biological relevance and mathematical contribution. There is no page limit. All accepted papers will be published with free open access. All the submissions by 31st December 2018 will be free of charge but after that date there 20% discount could be granted for this special issue.

We expect that most of the submissions come from the participants in the 1st Northeast China Conference on Mathematical Biology.
