Manuscript Topics

Too often research remains deficient for certain groups/populations and health systems which blunts optimal progress. Thus, AIMs Public Health will publish a special issue on Understudied and Vulnerable Populations and Health Systems in 2014. Improving public health requires addressing issues related to violence, mental health, men's health, HIV/AIDs, health inequities, community health centers, federally qualified health centers, and safety net hospitals etc. Manuscripts that include qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods are welcomed as well as theoretical, implementation, and evaluation studies. Commentaries and literature reviews will also be considered.
